Regarding your query, you can add below-given CSS by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

.site-header .site-branding .site-logo img {
    max-height: 80px;
}

You can adjust the height of the logo as per your requirement.

When we inspected your site URL, we found that the URL of the image is displayed as unknown.

So please can you send the screenshot of the customize section where you have uploaded the image to display in the header section.

In the meantime, please check the issue by deactivating the third party plugin if you have installed any and also make sure you have not done any changes in the code.
