Hi there. The mobile menu is not visible on any mobile device. In an emulator (on PC) it does appear correctly, but on a real mobile device it does not. On tapping the menu button, the menu does expand from the left of the screen, but its all black. If I tap randomly in the black, it will take me to pages. So for some reason the colour scheme is not rendering correctly. The majority of website traffic is via mobile, so its quite a big issue for us. Hoping you can help.

On pressing the menu button, the website shifts to the right as a black bar appears on the left. Dragging my finger on the screen from right to left then makes the mobile menu visible (and the rest of the website content is now ‘under’ the menu correctly (not shifted to the right).
Any idea what could be causing this?

May 19, 2020 at 5:20 am #123721wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Regarding your query, the menu is looking fine on our side as you can see the screenshot below:
Also, about the alignment of the hamburger menu, it shifts to the right side when the menu is opened on mobile.
If you are facing other issues related to the theme, you can try by deactivating plugins as third party plugin might create these issues.
If you have further queries, kindly let us know.
Regards.

Thank you for the reply.
Are you testing this on an iPhone, or an emulator? As before, the menu loads fine emulated, or just by reducing the PC browser window size. However, when viewed on an actual iphone, it does not work and the behvaior is as I have described.
I have disabled the third party plugin I have (SEO related) and it did not resolve it. I am not sure if this is related to the fact I upgraded the template from the free to the Pro version? Other than that, I have not changed it in any way, other than the customisable options you provide.
May 21, 2020 at 11:23 am #123952RossParticipantI also seem to have a horizontal scrollbar showing on the desktop version, though I don’t think that’s related.

I’m following up on this again. As most of our visitors are on mobile, this template isn’t usable for us. If we can’t find a resolution, I will need to seek a refund on the purchase. Is there anything else we can try?
June 1, 2020 at 12:13 am #124887wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Regarding your query, everything is working fine on our side on the iPhone with the same theme and the latest version.
But as your site URL is not working fine with the menu, please once verify your issue by updating to the latest version of the theme.
If the issue still persists, provide us with your site login detail in a below given email.
